I sure hope your office and/or home-office air conditioning units are kicking out some cool air. It is much needed this time of year. In case you haven’t noticed, we kicked-up our MAXcore feature set since our last edition of the Voice:

  • Call Summary report now includes a roll-up report which includes call details for every selected extension on a single worksheet.
  • Extension and User scheduled reports can now include exts/users from multiple groups.
  • MAXcallcommand call center now includes an Agent report which shows the multiple queues which the agents had joined.
  • Single-click blacklisting has been added to the phone number call log.
  • Users can now access multiple Group Directories on their phone display via their device Directory button.

FINANCIAL LITERACY MONTH: APRIL

April was Financial Literacy Month in the U.S., celebrated every year since the official declaration from The Congress in 2004. The intent is to raise public awareness about the importance of financial education and the serious consequences that may be associated with a lack of understanding about personal finances. We are noting a few tips below for financial literacy:

  1. Set Realistic Budget: Assess your income and expenses to balance your payment of bills, investment for the future
    and savings for emergencies.
  2. Review Credit Reports: The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act gives every consumer the right to a free credit
    report annually. Review your credit reports for accuracy, identify errors and report suspicious activity.

MAGIC Golf Event

Vantage was a proud sponsor of the 4th Annual MAGIC (Making A Great Investment in Children) golf tournament, held May 20th in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We have been associated with MAGIC since its first event. The event has been a successful fundraiser over the years with the proceeds making a huge difference to the betterment of children and families in need.

Vantage attended the annual conference of The Health Leaders of New Jersey (HLA NJ) in Atlantic City, NJ, held June 5th – 7th. It was a good start to summer, catching up with customers and meeting new prospects and partners.

Any of our staff can call Vantage’s Help line and receive quick answers and friendly service. We have had no complaints from the staff about the responses from Vantage.
