What is an Auto Attendant?
The system can answer your incoming calls, if desired, with your customized company (office-hours and office-closed) greetings, and also:
- Provides callers with a directory of options and services such as dial-by-name, dial-by-extension, and call routing to departments (sales, service, marketing, etc.)
- Allows auto-adjustments based on time of day and day of week – as per your business operation’s needs.
- Enables easy management through the web-portal to support bad-weather or other unplanned office closings
How are Hunt Groups useful?
Hunt groups are used to distribute incoming calls across multiple extensions or agents based on specific rules. They’re essential for improving response times, sharing call load, and ensuring no calls go unanswered. Our clients usually create ‘Hunt Groups’ for their Sales Team, Customer Support, Front Desk, etc.
Do you offer 3rd Party (CRM) Integration?
Yes, Vantage customers can leverage their existing CRM licenses to connect with customers, prospects and other contacts readily from the CRM using VantageCRM. VantageCRM integrates Vantage VoIP with the CRM you are using daily to enable, click to dial from any account / contact / opportunity / lead or campaign. Employees can refer to the background for every call by pulling the relevant record from the CRM directly, automate call event logging, record calls, attach notes and schedule follow-ups. Such automation of workflows, redundancy of tasks, and streamlining of work have cut time and costs for our customers, improving the experience for both their customers and their employees, equally. The company can retrieve real-time user activity reports for all employees from any location at any time. Our most popular CRM integrations are:

How do Voicemail Transcripts work?
All voicemail messages are sent to your email “inbox”, for instant review and prioritization from your laptop or handheld device. Read the transcript of the voicemails to decide the urgencies, saving you time.
What is Direct In Dial (DID)?
Every Vantage VoIP user gets a direct phone number – faster call delivery to the intended recipient, reducing the workload of the front-desk. This facilitates individualized call routing and can be managed by the specific user and/or administrator.

Established in 1885 to professionalize the county’s practice of law, the Montgomery Bar Association (MBA) is one of the oldest US bar associations, representing over 2,000 legal professionals, making it the third largest bar of Pennsylvania. MBA aims to uphold legal and ethical standards in the legal community and continues its long-standing tradition of service to its members and the community.
The Delaware Valley Legal Expo ranks among the largest and longest-running trade shows for legal professionals in the USA. It provides a great opportunity to network with lawyers, legal administrators, paralegals, IT staff, and other key personnel from law offices in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Philadelphia, and surrounding counties. Vantage was thrilled to sponsor and attend this event on a repeat from last year.
Summer BBQ 2025 @ Vantage
As the rain showers and thunderstorms interweaved between the heat waves of summer, Vantage got together for their summer barbeque on June 26th. Doug sizzled up the grill with tasty meat for the patties and burgers and others bought in home cooked dishes which were a delight to the taste buds. The games and chatter added to a great day out in the sun.
